If you are unhappy with your final images for any reason I will make it right.

The lab I use for my prints is the highest quality professional lab I have found. All images are printed on Fuji paper and have always met and exceeded the quality expectations of my clients. If for some reason you are unhappy with your prints or gifts, Smugmug will reprint or refund your order, whichever you prefer. Simply send email to help@smugmug.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Smugmug does not make routine color adjustments. Replacement prints almost always look identical to the first set you receive, but smugmug can often help adjust your originals to provide better results if for some reason you are unhappy with out color registered monitors.
